【摘要】 目的:研究中药神曲中有益菌,研究不同发酵神曲对脾虚小鼠肠道菌群调整及肠保护作用。方法:常规细菌培养与鉴定检测传统发酵神曲中微生物及其有益菌。研究不同发酵神曲对脾虚小鼠肠道菌群调整及肠保护作用。结果:传统发酵神曲含有大量杂菌,酵母菌为其主要有益菌。不同发酵神曲均可使肠道菌群失调恢复正常,并使脾虚小鼠肠壁肌层厚度增加、杯状细胞数量增多、促使肠粘膜微绒毛排列紊乱和线粒体肿胀的恢复。含有补益中药的神曲对脾虚小鼠一般状态的改善优于不含补益中药的神曲。结论:酵母菌为中药神曲中的主要有益菌。神曲具有对脾虚小鼠肠道菌群调整作用并可促进损伤肠组织的恢复。补益中药可促进脾虚小鼠一般状态的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the beneficial microorganism in Chinese drug Shenqu and the effect of Shenqu on intestinal microflora regulation of spleen deficiency mice and intestinal protection.Methods:To culture and determine the mount and the kinds of microorganism in Shenqu,and identify the beneficial microorganism;to study the effect of several kinds of Shenqu on intestinal microflora regulation of the spleen deficiency mice and intestinal protection.Results:Traditional Shenqu contains many kinds of and a large mounts of microorganism,and yeast is the main beneficial microorganism;several kinds of Shenqu can promote the recovery of intestinal dysbateriorsis of the spleen deficiency mice,promote the recovery of the lesion of the colonic tissue and cells;the effect of the Shenqu group with traditional Chinese invigorative drug was obviously better than the Shenqu groupl without invigorative drug in improving the general state of spleen deficiency mice.Conclusion:Yeast is the main beneficial microorganism in traditional Shenqu;Shenqu has the effect of regulating intestinal dysbateriorsis and promoting the recovery of the lesion of the colon;traditional Chinese invigorative drug can promote the recovery of general state of spleen deficiency mice.更多还原
