计算机图像原木定心系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 将计算机图像处理技术应用于原木定心的研究中。通过原木端面图像实时采集、图像处理和原木定心三个模块,实现了对原木端面图像的实时采集以及精确、快速定心,提高了原木旋切的加工效率和出板率。

【Abstract】 In the paper,computer Image centering system for peeling log is discussed.In the process of log peeling,real-time capturing block end image,image processing,and centering the block image are designed.And the computer Image centering system is constructed,which can capture the image of block face real-timely and can quickly and accurately centers the block.This procedure will improve the yield rate of veneer production.
