木材节子个数与其振动模态参数关系的研究
Study on the relationship of number of wood knots and parameters of wood vibrational mode
【摘要】 针对木材横向振动试验中得出节子个数对木材动态弹性模量有显著影响的结论,从理论上分析了节子个数与木材振动模态中两个重要参数阻尼和固有频率的关系。对于阻尼和节子个数的关系,先建立数学模型,再通过LabVIEW软件计算阻尼比,从而分析得出二者的关系;根据固有频率和阻尼的关系式以及已经得出的阻尼与节子个数的关系,可以得到固有频率和节子个数的关系。结论是:随着节子个数的增加,木材振动模态的阻尼比增大,而其固有频率减小。
【Abstract】 The paper abstractly analyzes the relationship between the number of knots and two important parameters of wood vibrational mode which are the damp and natural frequency,because of the conclusion about dynamic modulus of elasticity affected remarkably by the number of knots through transverse vibration of wood.In order to find the relationship between the number and damp,first step is establishing mathematical model,then the damping ratio is computed by LabVIEW.According to the relationship between the natural frequency and damp,and the acquired relation about damp and number of knots,we can solve how to affect natural frequency by the number of knots.The conclusion is that the damping ratio will increase,and the nature frequency will decrease along with the number of knots mounting up.
