人造板企业热能中心工艺设计
Technology designing of energy plant for wood-based panel enterprise
【摘要】 介绍了热能中心的基本原理、工艺流程和系统结构,根据我国人造板企业的实际,以中高密度纤维板企业10万m3/a和20万m3/a两种规模配套热能中心为例,从热负荷平衡计算、燃料平衡计算、工艺流程、设备配置诸方面对工艺进行了系统的设计和计算,并对其进行了经济效益和环境效益分析。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the basic principle,diagram flow and systematic structure of energy plant in present study.Taking examples of the two energy plants which are MDF plant capacity of 100 000m3/a and HDF plant of 200 000m3/a separately,it has been designed and calculated systematically for technology in aspects of equilibrious calculation of heat consumption and fuel as well as diagram flow and equipment based on wood-based panel enterprises in our country.And also analyzes the economic results and circumstance of energy plant.
