【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of characters of a glue dosing system for particleboard production,the authors proposed a self-adaptive control method which was established on an open loop proportional control and using PID control as a tool for parameter tuning.They also designed a special intelligent instrument to equip this control method.Linking this instrument with a host computer in which industrial control configuration software could be used to develop a friendly HMI,a high-quality and low-cost control system was obtained.更多还原
