【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿溶血病在不同治疗条件下脑干听觉诱发电位的远期随访结果。方法将41例新生儿溶血病分两组,研究组(22例)以白蛋白治疗加常规药物治疗,对照组(19例)以蓝光照射加常规药物治疗。对两组患儿均建立随访登记卡,出院后3年对全部病例进行脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)检查。结果研究组有20例表现波形正常,仅有2例表现IL,PIL波延长,异常率为9.1%,而对照组有11例表现波形正常,5例ABR重度异常(ABR波缺失),3例ABR轻度异常(IL,PIL波延长),总异常率为42.1%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论及早应用白蛋白治疗新生儿溶血病,可有效干预间接胆红素对脑细胞的损伤,降低后遗症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the long term results of Auditory Brainstem Response(ABR) in hemolytic disease of the newborntreated with different approaches.Methods Forty-one infants with hemolytic disease of the newborn were studied and divided into two groups at random.The study group(22 cases) were treated with albumin combined with conventional medine,and blue phototherapy instead of albumin was applied to control group(19 cases),also combined with conventional medine.Register cards were established in both the two groups for following up,and ABR was performed on each case three years after discharged from hoapital.Results Only 2 cases had ABR abnormality in the study group,the incidence of ABR abnormality was 9.1%,while there were 8 cases with ABR abnormality in the control group(42.1%),among with 5 cases had serious ABR abnormality,three cases with light abnormality.3 was significant difference in the abnormality incidence of ABR between the two groups.Conclusions Using albumin earlier in hemolytic disease of the newborn may decrease the risk of bilirubin-induced auditory toxicity and reduce the incidence of disability.更多还原
