【摘要】 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCCB)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例膀胱移行细胞癌(病理分级:Ⅰ级25例,Ⅱ级15例,Ⅲ级20例;临床分期:浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌(Tis~T1)29例,浸润性(T2~T4)31例)和8例正常膀胱组织中MMP-7的表达情况。χ2检验分析其表达与膀胱移行细胞癌分级分期的关系。结果MMP-7在正常膀胱组织中不表达,而在膀胱移行细胞癌组织表达较强。60例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中MMP-7阳性表达40例(66.7%)。病理分级Ⅰ级标本阳性表达13例,Ⅱ级10例,Ⅲ级17例。浅表性癌中阳性表达18例,浸润性癌中阳性22例。MMP-7的阳性表达率与肿瘤的病理分级显著相关,而与肿瘤的临床分期无明显相关性。结论MMP-7的阳性表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的恶性程度有关,可作为判断膀胱移行细胞癌预后的有用指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-7（MMP-7） in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder（TCCB） and its significance.Methods Immunohisto-chemistry was used to detect the expression of MMP-7 in 60 cases of TCCB[Pathological grades: grade Ⅰin 25 cases,grade Ⅱ in 15,grade Ⅲ in 20;Clinical stages: superficial（≤pT₁） TCCB in 29 cases,invasive（≥pT₂） in 31 ]and 8 subjects with normal bladder tissues.χ² test was used to assess the relationship between expression of MMP-7 and tumor grade and stage.Results The expression of MMP-7 was negative in all normal bladder tissues but high in TCCB.Of the 60 cases,40（66.7%） were positive and 20 were negative for MMP-7.13 cases of grade Ⅰ,10 of grade Ⅱ and 17 of grade Ⅲ were positive for MMP-7.Positive staining was seen in 18 of the superficial and 22 of the invasive cancer cases.MMP-7 positivity was correlated with high histogical grade,but no significant difference was observed!between superficial TCCB and invasive TCCB.Conclusions The positive expression of MMP-7 correlated with the malignant degree of TCCB.MMP-7 could be useful indicator for the assessment of prognosis of TCCB.更多还原
