【摘要】 目的探讨幕上开颅术后局部积液的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析兰州大学第二医院神经外科幕上开颅术后发生的58例局部积液患者,分别行脱水治疗,局部穿刺、加压包扎和／或者腰椎穿刺引流、局部加压包扎治疗。结果 54例痊愈,占93．1％。4例未愈,3例因合并脑积水,行脑脊液分流术后痊愈出院,1例死于术后颅内感染。结论幕上开颅术后局部积液用非手术的方法是可以治愈的,不可急于行脑脊液分流术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic methods of pseudomeningocele after supra-tentorial craniotomy. Methods Retrospective study was carried out on the treatment of pseudomeningocele in 58 cases after supratentorial craniotomy. These cases were treated with dehydra- tion therapy, the puncture of CSF subcutaneously combined with mechanical compression or with repeated lumbar tapping combined with mechanical compression of the wound. Results Of the 58 cases, 54 were cured(93.1%), 4 were uncured, 3 accompanied with hydrocephalus were cured and discharged from the hospital after ventriculoperitoneal shunt or ventriculojugulocardiac shunt, and 1 died due to intracranial infection following craniotomy. Conclusion Pseudomeningocele after supratentorial craniotomy may be cured with non-operative treatment and needs no hurry to perform CSF diversion.更多还原
