【摘要】 目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在良恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化和原位杂交研究24例良性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤、11例恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤及11例正常肾上腺组织中VEGF的表达情况。结果在正常肾上腺组织中VEGF阴性或可疑阳性表达,良性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中VEGF呈阴性至弱阳性强度表达,在肾上腺恶性嗜铬细胞瘤中,二者均呈强阳性表达。结论 VEGF在良恶性嗜铬细胞瘤中表达有差异,可以作为鉴别诊断的依据之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in benign and malignant adrenal pheochromocytomas. Methods The expression of VEGF in 11 normal adrenal gland, 24 benign adrenal pheochromocytomas, and 11 malignant pheochromocytomas was detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Results In all normal adrenal gland, the expression of VEGF was negative or doubtful positive, interestingly, in all benign adrenal pheochromocytomas, the expression was either negative or only weakly positive, but all malignant pheochromocytomas had strong VEGF reactivity. Conclusion mRNA and protein expression of VEGF was significantly higher in malignant pheochromocytoma tissue than in benign adrenal pheochromocytoma tissue and normal tissue. VEGF could be regarded as new promising tools for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant pheochromocytomas.更多还原
