蜈蚣等复方中药对遗传性震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的作用
Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Compound with Scolopendra on Absence-like Seizures of Tremor Rats
【摘要】 目的:观察由蜈蚣、全蝎、制南星、石菖蒲、郁金、甘草等组成的复方中药对遗传性震颤大鼠的作用。方法:遗传性震颤大鼠脑海马和皮质慢性安插电极,连续记录灌胃给药前及给药不同时间后的脑电图。结果:复方中药明显抑制了震颤大鼠平均每次癫痫小发作的持续时间(P<0.01),在给药5天后1h,6天后1h及停药1天后分别降低了(17±4)%,(35±6)%及(46±6)%。结论:由蜈蚣、全蝎、制南星、石菖蒲、郁金、甘草等组成的复方中药具有明显的对抗遗传性震颤大鼠的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Scolopendra, Scorpion, Arisacma Consanguineum, Acorigraminei rhizoma, Curcuma, liquiritia and etc on absence-like seizures in tremor rats. Methods: The electrodes were implanted in cortical and hippocampus of rats. The electroencephalograms (EEG) before and after administration of traditional Chinese medicinal compound were continuously recorded. Results: The duration of each absence-like seizure was significantly reduced by (17±4)%, (35±6) % and (46±6) % (P<0.01) on the 5th day an hour and 6th day an hour after administration and on the 1st day an hour after stopping administration of traditional Chinese medicinal compound. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Scolopendra, Scorpion, Arisacm Consanguineum, Acori graminei rhizoma, Curcuma, liquiritia and etc is effective against absence-like seizures on tremor rats .
