瓦楞纸箱的含水率对力学性能的影响

【摘要】 瓦楞纸箱在运输包装中有着越来越广泛的应用,而纸板的湿度又是影响瓦楞纸箱强度的重要因素.通过对瓦楞纸箱在不同的含水率条件下,力学性能的测定,研究瓦楞纸箱力学性能的变化与纸箱含水率的关系.研究含水率对瓦楞纸箱力学性能的影响对工程应用有一定的参考价值.结果表明:瓦楞纸箱的力学性能随纸箱含水率的增加而下降.

【Abstract】 Corrugated box is becoming more and more popular in the transportation and package,but the humidity of corrugated fiber-board is the important factor on the strength of the corrugated box.Under the different moisture content conditions of corrugated box,the mechanics performance of the corrugated box is tested and the relation between mechanical properties and moisture content of the corrugated box is studied.It is indicated that the mechanical properties of the corrugated box go down as moisture content increases.This research makes some reference value on the project application.
