超声波-铁氧体法处理含铬废水的实验研究
Research on Ultrasound-ferrite Methods for Treatment of the Waste Water Containing Cr6+
【摘要】 本实验使用超声波-铁氧体法对含铬废水进行处理,通过考察硫酸亚铁用量、pH值、H2O2用量、超声波的辐射时间和辐射功率对含铬废水铬去除率以及铁氧体磁性的影响,设计超声波-铁氧体法处理含铬废水的最佳操作条件.结果表明,随着硫酸亚铁用量的增加,Cr6+的去除率增大,最佳pH为9.0,当Fe2+:Cr6+=6∶1(mol∶mol)、超声波辐射时间和辐射功率分别是30 min和50 W/cm2时,去除率高达到99.9%以上,H2O2用量为1.0~2.0 mL,铁氧体的磁性最强.
【Abstract】 Ultrasound-ferrite method was employed to treat the waste water of containing Cr6+ in this experiment.The effects of FeSO4 dosage.pH,H2O2 dosage,radiation time and power of ultrasound on Cr6+ removal efficiency of the waste water and magnetism of ferrite were investigated and the optimum condition was determined.The results showed that the removal efficiency of Cr6+ would be increased with the rising of FeSO4 dosage,The optimum pH was 9.0 and the ratio of Fe2+ and Cr6+ was 6∶1(mol∶mol).The other optimum reactions of radiation time and power of ultrasound at 30min and 50 W/cm2 could reach the best removal efficiency of Cr6+ as over 99.9% and ferrite of best magnetism could be obtained by adding 1.0~2.0mL H2O2.
