基于模糊综合评判方法的研究及应用

【摘要】 模糊数学在综合评判等领域有广泛应用,在用于单位对下属部门业绩的考评方面比传统的评价方法更为客观科学.以“五好党支部”评选为实例,对模糊综合评判方法进行了探讨.为了准确地评估党支部,建立了“五好党支部”评价的指标体系,将模糊综合评判的思想和方法运用到“五好党支部”的评选当中,建立了“五好党支部”评选的模糊综合评判模型,通过该方法可以量化定性因素、模糊因素,使得“五好党支部”的评选变得更加容易把握.所得的结论也可以用于其他领域,能够解决传统评选方法的不足和困难.

【Abstract】 Fuzzy mathematics is widely applied to synthesize judgement.It’s more objective than traditional method.In this paper,the fuzzy synthesize judgement method is discussed by an example of choosing top party general branch from five aspects through public praise.In order to correctly appraise party general branch,a set of vendor selection index systems are founded.The thoughts and methods of fuzzy synthetic evaluation into top party general branch are introduced and a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for it is founded.Those uncertainties and fuzzy factors can be quantified through this method,which makes it easier for us to choose top party general branch from five aspects.The conclusion can be used in other fields.The method is simple to operate and it can get better results and overcome the defects and difficulties in the traditional methods.
