降钙素基因相关肽对严重烫伤大鼠心肌力学变化的影响
Effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide on myocardial mechanics of severely scalded rats
【摘要】 目的探索静脉应用降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对严重烫伤后大鼠心肌力学参数的影响。方法复制大鼠30%TBSAⅢ°烫伤动物模型,观察烫伤后单纯液体复苏组和液体复苏加静脉用CGRP组不同时相点心肌力学参数变化。结果液体复苏加静脉用CGRP组心肌力学参数变化幅度明显小于单纯液体复苏组(P<0.05)。结论CGRP对严重烫伤大鼠早期心肌舒缩功能降低有明显改善作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of calcitonin gene-related(GRD) on myocardial mechanics of severely scalded rats.Methods Wistar rats with 30% TBSA Ⅲ°scald were randomly divided into two groups: the group treated with single fluid resuscitation and the group treated with fluid resuscitation and intravenous CGRP after scald.Parameters of myocardial mechanics were observed in rats at different times after scald.Results The result showed that the change extent of myocardial mechanics in the group treated by fluid resascitation and intravenous CGRP were lower than that in the group treated by single fluid resuscitation(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous CGRP can improve early impared myocardial contractile and relaxation function caused by severe scald in rats.
