【摘要】 目的研究三七口服液降血脂作用。方法用高脂饲料造成大鼠高脂模型,以2 950、5 900、11 800 mg/(kg.bw)剂量的三七口服液给大鼠灌胃30 d,采血测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C含量。结果三七口服液能明显降低高脂模型大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)含量,提高高脂模型大鼠的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。结论三七口服液具有调节血脂作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study of on the regulating-liplid action of SANQI Oral Liquid.Methods Hyperlipidenic model rats was made with high lipid feed.Determination of serum TC,TG,HDL-C level were carried out after administration of SANQI Oral Liquid for 30 days at doses of 2950,5900,11800 mg/kg.Results SANQI Oral Liquid decreased the level of serum TC,TG,but increased HDL-C level in themodel rats.Conclusion SANQI Oral Liquid has the action of regulating lipids.更多还原
