【摘要】 目的观察高血压对老年糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的影响。方法60例老年糖尿病患者依血压水平分为单纯糖尿病组(DM),糖尿病高血压组(DM+EH),分别测定血糖、血脂、糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1c),对下肢动脉斑块大小、内中膜厚度进行测定。结果两组患者的年龄、病程相近,空腹、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)近似。DM+EH组的收缩压高于DM组(P<0.05)。DM+EH组下肢血管病变的发病率、斑块大小、内中膜厚度高于单纯DM组(P<0.05)。结论老年DM+EH的患者易发生下肢血管病变,提示对糖尿病并高血压患者需要早期防治高血压,预防下肢血管病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of hypertension on vascularlesion of lower extremity in aged diabetic patients.Methods 60 aged patients were divided into 2 groups:single diabetes（DM） group and diabetes with hypertension（DM+EH） group.The levels of plasma glucose,lipid,HbA₁c were measured,as well as the size of plaque and the thickness of intimae media thickness in lower extremity vascular of each patient were detected.Results The patients in the two groups were similar in age,the course of diabetes,the levels of HbA₁c、fasting and postprandial plasma glucose.But compared with DM group,the systolic blood pressure,the incidence of vasculardisease of lower extremity,the size of plaque and the thickness of intimae media thickness in DM+EH group were remarkably greater than those of DM group（P<0.05）.Conclusions Aged diabetic patients with hypertension are easy to suffer from vasculardisease of lower extremity,which indicates that the patients with diabetes and hypertension should prevent and treat hypertension as early as possible to avoid or reduce the vasculardisease of lower extremity.更多还原
