【摘要】 目的方法探讨围手术期高龄结直肠癌的处理。方法回顾性分析1995年至2004年期间50例70岁以上结直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果高龄结直肠癌入院前误诊率较高(38%),并存病多(52%),病程较晚(DukesC、D期占60%),术后并发症多(34.8%)。结论手术切除是治疗高龄结直肠癌患者的首选方法,围手术期处理正确以及预防和治疗并发症是提高疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of the elderly patients with colorectal carcinoma in perioperation.Methods Retrospective analysis on the experience of treatment for colorectal carcinoma in 50 patients aged 70years and over from 1995～2005.Results The result showed that misdiagnosis rate was high(38%),most of patients had other diseases(52%),most of patients were in DukesC、 D(60%),post operation complication rate was 34.8%.Conclusion The operation is an ideal way to treat the elderly patients with colorectal carcinoma.Reasonable nutritional support correct management of preexisting diseases,fully bowel preparation,appropriate choice of anesthesia,operation procedure,an effective method for prevention and treatment of complication are important.Prevention and treatment of complication in perioperation is the critical in the elderly patients with colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
