我国野生植物资源产权制度探讨
A Discussion on Property Right System of Wild Plant Resources
【摘要】 依据我国目前森林资源产权制度,对野生植物资源产权方面存在的问题进行了分析,提出了明确产权主体和建立多元化的野生植物资源产权制度等建议,以促进我国野生植物资源走上可持续利用的发展道路。
【Abstract】 According to the forest property right system,the paper analyses the problems of property right of wild plant resources and gives some proposals on defining the main body of property right and setting up various systems so as to accelerate sustainable utilization of wild plants.
