玉米核糖体失活蛋白对3种微生物生长抑制作用的研究
Study on Inhibitory Activities of RIPs in Maize to the Growth of Three Microbes
【摘要】 玉米核糖体失活蛋白(Ribosome Inactiviting Protein,RIP)是玉米胚乳中特异表达的一种RNA水解酶,大肠杆菌BL21中表达和纯化的重组蛋白z108和z178分子量大小为52.1KDa,经凝血酶酶切后,两种纯化的重组蛋白稀释1000倍与3种微生物共培养,结果表明,重组的玉米核糖体失活蛋白能够抑制芽孢杆菌的生长,不能抑制黑曲霉和青霉的生长。
【Abstract】 Ribosome-inactivating protein from maize is a kind of RNA hytrolytic enzyme specially expressed in en- dosperm.The molecular weight of recombination proteins z108 and z178,purified from and expressed in E.coli strains BL21,is 52.1KDa.The recombination proteins,diluted 1000 times and digested by Thrombin,were cultured with 3 microbes.The experiment showed that the recombined RIPs could inhibit the growth of Bacillus subtilis and couldn’t,however,inhibit the growth of Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum.
