【摘要】 以多穗型品种济麦17(J17)、大穗型品系Q98-7及其化杀杂交种QCH-1为试材,对其不同蘖位穗籽粒灌浆速率与内源激素含量变化的研究表明:母本J17主茎穗与第1、第2分蘖穗籽粒灌浆速率与内源激素IAA、ABA含量变化趋势差异显著小于父本Q98-7,与其双亲相比,杂交种QCH-1主茎与第1分蘖穗籽粒灌浆速率、ABA含量变化趋势与父本Q98-7相近,第2分蘖穗籽粒灌浆速率、IAA、iPA含量显著高于父本Q98-7的第2分蘖穗,而其ABA含量则低于父本Q98-7的第2分蘖穗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jimai 17(J17),Q98-7 and CHA hybrid wheat QCH-1 were used to study the changes of kernel filling rate and endogenous hormonal contents of different tillers.The results showed that changes of kernel filling rate,IAA and ABA contents of ears of main shoot and the first tiller of hybrid QCH-1 was similar to that of the male Q98-7 while the kernel filling rate,IAA and iPA contents of the second tiller’s ears was higher than that of the male Q98-7 and the ABA content of the second tiller’s ears of hybrid QCH-1was lower than that of the male Q98-7.更多还原
