麦冬内生真菌镰刀菌的分离鉴定

【摘要】 内生真菌与寄主植物间存在极为复杂的共生关系。为了阐明麦冬与其内生真菌间的相互关系,本研究采用PSA及PSA加麦冬浸出汁为培养基分离麦冬内生真菌。以形态学和核糖体转录间隔区(ITS)对0305117、03112224、03042779和03051121菌株内生菌进行鉴定。结果显示所鉴定的4株内生真菌均为镰刀菌属真菌,03112224和03042279菌株为尖孢镰刀菌,0305117和03051121菌株为串珠镰刀菌。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the complex relations between activity material and endofungi of Liriope spicata.Methods: By Comparison morphological characters and sequence of ITS regions.Results: Four of the fifty-nine strains were Fusariums.
