【Abstract】 This paper introduces the existing Phil ippine Revolutionary Consti tution enacted in 1987 and its features,compares the endeavors devoted in curre nt constitutional revision by various Philippine governments,and shows the situ ation of pitting against each other between the camps of Chanter Change and Anti-Cha-Cha,finds out the official intentions and their targets for constitution al revision.Furthermore,it analyses the essence of the game between Cha-Cha and Anti-Cha-Cha against the historical background of the development of Philippin e democracy and in the context of globalization and anti-globalization.It also e x plores the inherent links between Cha-Cha and political instability as well as t he impacts of the transformation of Philippine-U.S.relations on the movements of Cha-Cha and Anti-Cha-Cha.更多还原
