【Abstract】 A university library is the center of bibliographic information,and an important base of scientific research.Meanwhile,it is the second classroom of culturing talented people as well as bringing forth new ideas.It undertakes the duty of developing high quality people for the whole country.The service for readers is a key factor in judging whether a library can fulfill its functions well.According to the online bulletin board,this paper has analyzed the problems existing in reader service in university libraries and the causes contributed to the problems,and discussed the means to improve reader service.更多还原
