【摘要】 以氯化十八烷基二甲基苄基胺、吗啉、N-甲基二乙醇胺为主要原料制备了成本较低的新型脱硫醇活化剂,对该活化剂在汽油脱臭工艺中的脱硫醇效果进行了研究。实验结果表明,该活化剂使用方便,可减少腐蚀,能减少碱液的消耗,同时提高了脱臭效果,汽油博士试验合格率高,对油品质量无负面影响,能满足汽油无碱脱臭精制工艺的使用要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new activator was prepared from octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium, morpholine, N-meth-yl biethaomine as the main materials and tried in removing mercaptan in gasoline sweetening. The test results indicate that the activator which is easy in operation has reduced the caustic consumption, improved mercaptan removal efficiency, met doctor test specifications and reduced corrosion. It has no negative impact on oil quality and can remove mercaptan from gasoline without using caustic.更多还原
