由20号锅炉钢的球化程度估算焦炭塔寿命

【摘要】 在我国,一般通过研究高温状态下运行的延迟焦化装置焦炭塔20号锅炉钢的球化程度来评定焦炭塔的使用寿命,这已成为工程界常用的检测方法。但是在焦炭塔设计温度下,球化时间会很长。针对这一问题,研究了一种新的方法,采用热处理的方式来加速球化速度,然后根据公式求出设计温度下的球化时间。研究中选取运行时间已达27 a的焦炭塔的20号锅炉钢钢板试样,观察出其金相组织已达到轻度球化的程度,在此基础上对其进行了不同程度球化的热处理,获得在650℃下中度球化和完全球化所用的时间,利用珠光体球化时间计算公式计算出该焦炭塔在设计温度(475℃)下,达到中度球化和完全球化的时间,从而估算出其使用寿命。

【Abstract】 It has become a normal practice to estimate coker drum’s service life by the extent of spheroidization of 20g steel in delayed coker operating at high temperatures. But the spheroidization time is very long under the design temperature of coking drum. To solve this problem, a new method of heat treatment has been developed to accelerate the spheroidization speed, and the spheroidization time under the design temperature is calculated based upon the formula. In the research, a 20g steel plate test specimen was selected from a coker drum which had been running for 27 years and its microstructure of mild spheroidization was observed. The plate specimen was then heat treated to get spheroidization of different degrees and time required for moderate and complete spheroidizations at a temperature of 650℃. The moderate spheroidization and complete spheroidization time at a design temperature of 475℃is calculated with the formula for calculating pearlite spheroidization time, based upon which the coker drum’s service life is estimated.
