【摘要】 目的采用HPLC法测定格列齐特缓释片中格列齐特的含量。方法用Hypersil ODS2(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(60:40),水相用冰醋酸调至pH 3.30为流动相,检测波长228 nm。结果格列齐特在0.6~6μg/ml间线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 1,回收率为99.18%,RSD为1.27%。结论本法准确可行,可作为制剂质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the gliclazide in gliclazide extended-release tablets.Methods A Alletch ODS2 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)was used with mobile phase of Methnol-Water(60:40,pH=3.3)and detected at 228 nm.Results The calibration curve is linear during the range 0.6～6 μg/ml,r=0.999 1.The average recovery was 99.18%.Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of gliclazide in gliclazide extended-release tablets.更多还原
