【摘要】 建筑物配建停车场(库)是城市停车设施的主要组成部分,因其具有出行终端(自备车位)停车和兼顾车辆出行过程社会停车的双重功能,对解决城市停车问题起关键作用。因此制定合理的建筑物配建停车指标已成为解决城市停车问题的关键。本文就我国现行指标存在问题、国外经验以及建筑物停车需求的影响因素进行分析,进而得到停车需求率变化趋势的预测模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building accessorial park is the main component part of city parking establishment.It is important for solving city parking for it has functions of trip termination and social parking.So it is necessary to work out proper building accessorial park guideline.This paper states the problems and foreign experience of actual guideline,analyzes the effect factors of parking demand,and establishes the prediction model of the diversification tendency of parking requirement.更多还原
