【摘要】 本文对生态公益林碳贸易的内涵进行诠释,对我国生态公益林碳贸易的可行性分别从理论基础和现实基础两方面进行分析,并分别从市场经济原则、公平性原则、透明性原则、计量客观性原则、监督保护性原则等方面对其应遵循的原则进行探讨,在此基础上进一步提出我国进行生态公益林碳贸易应该注意的一些问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper annotates the intension of carbon trade of ecological public welfare forest,analyzing from two respects of the theoretical foundation and realistic foundation to the feasibility of carbon trade of ecological public welfare forest of our country separately,and discussing the principles from the economic principle of the market separately,fairness principle,transparent principle,measure principle of objectivity,respect of supervising protective principle etc that should be followed,putting forward some questions that should be noticed of our country ecological public welfare forest carbon on the basis of this foundation.更多还原
