【摘要】 本文在对全球气候变暖的成因和后果及森林碳汇服务的经济学特征进行描述和分析的基础上,揭示了全球气候变化与森林碳汇服务之间的关系,指出,森林碳汇服务提供者和大气平流层CO2的制造者间的经济利益冲突是隐藏在背后的社会经济关系,并对这种关系进行了经济学探讨。最后得出,充分理解森林碳汇服务、CO2排放与大气平流层温室气体浓度的生物物理关系是森林碳汇服务市场化的前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this issue,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the causes and aftereffects of the global climate change,as well as the economics characteristics of forest carbon-sink service,the relation between global climate change and forest carbon-sink service is renewedly understood.The veiled social-economic relation in which benefit conflicts between forest carbon-sink service producer and CO2 emissioners is definitely pointed out.Then externalities caused separately by forest carbon-sink service and CO₂ emission are discussed.Finally the issue concluded,the precondition of marketizing forest carbon-sink service must be catching sufficiently on the bio-physic relation among forest carbon-sink service,CO₂ emission and GHG concentration in the atmosphere,benefit conflicts between forest carbon-sink producers and CO₂ emissioners will be efficiently solved by market mechanisms.更多还原
