【摘要】 1998年以后,国家相继实施了天然林保护工程、退耕还林工程、京津风沙源治理工程、野生动植物保护及自然保护区工程、速生丰产用材林工程和防护林工程6个林业重点工程。国家对工程区的农户采取了补贴、限制(禁伐)采伐、优惠贷款等多种措施,这些措施直接或者间接地影响了农民收入。文章采用计量经济学模型,利用四川、河北、陕西和江西等4个省9个样本县的2353个样本农户的数据,对林业重点工程对农户收入的影响进行测度与分析,并提出相关政策含义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chins have implemented Natural Forest Protection Project,Grain for Green Program,Fast-growing and High-yielding Progrm,and Shelterbelt Forestry Project etc. in succession since the year of 1998. China government has taken some kinds of measures to the peasant households of the project district,such as replenished,limited felling(prohibit cutting down),loan on favorable terms,etc.,that have influenced peasant’s income directly or indirectly. The paper,by means of the econometrics model,the data from 2353 sample peasant households of 4 provinces and 9 sample counties such as Sichuan,Hebei,Shaanxi and Jiangxi,estimate and analyze the impact on farmer income of forestry key project,propose relevant policy recommendations.更多还原
