受电弓滑板和接触网导线材料的现状及展望
Status and Expectation of Pantograph Slide and Contact Wire
【摘要】 概述了电力机车受电弓滑板材料和接触网导线材料研究及其应用的现状,并展望了滑板和导线材料的发展方向:现用滑板主要有碳滑板、铜基粉末冶金滑板和浸金属碳滑板,为了适应铁路高速化发展,减少对接触网导线的磨耗,滑板将向碳纤维、金属纤维、带有润滑功能的金属基和无机非金属基复合材料发展;目前广泛使用的接触网导线有铜银、铜锡、铜镁接触线,将向铜合金化和复合金属化方向发展。
【Abstract】 The researches and application status of pantograph slide materials and contact wire materials for electric locomotive are summarized,and the development orientations are forcasted.There are carbon strip,copper-powder metallurgy strip and impregnated metallized carbon strip which are used at present.The development directions are carbon fibre,metal fibre,self-lubricative composite materials of metal and inorganic normetal for adapting to high speed railway and reducing the wire’s wear.Copper-silver,copper-tin and copper-magnesium are extensively applied to contact wires presently.Copper-alloy and composite metallized materials will be developed in the future.
