稻粒黑粉病菌孢子萌发的影响因素试验

【摘要】 对影响稻粒黑粉病菌(Neovossia horrida)孢子萌发的主要因素进行了试验研究,结果表明:厚垣孢子在室内干燥条件下贮存3年左右即丧失活力;度过休眠期的厚垣孢子在吸湿、感光、适宜的温度及充足的氧气条件下即可萌发;萌发的适宜温度为25~30℃;水层厚度小于0.5mm较为适宜;荧光、紫外光或散射光处理均可促进萌发,光照强度以6000lx为宜;每天光照时间为10~12h,5d后厚垣孢子大量萌发;先连续黑暗水培3~4d,再间歇光照3d,也可大量萌发;体积分数为(50~200)×10-6的赤霉素对其萌发具有一定的刺激作用;供试的几种营养物质对其萌发影响甚微。

【Abstract】 The major factors influencing the germination of chlamydospores of rice kernel smut are surveyed.Results indicate that the chlamydospores will lose their germinating power after being stored under indoor and dry conditions for three years or so,but they could germinate again after dormancy if they are put into an environment with adequate moisture,light,temperature and oxygen.The optimum temperature for germination is 25~30℃.The moisture is preferable when the depth of water layer is less than 0.5mm.Diffusion light,fluorescent light or ultraviolet light may all stimulate the germination.When the light intensity is no more than 6000lx and the time of exposition to light is between 10~12 hours per day,the chlamydospores will germinate in large number.Gibberellin concentrations of 50×10~-6~200×10~-6 will effectively stimulate the germination,while the effects of some supplement nutrients used in tests are minimal.
