粉虱座壳孢培养基的筛选试验

【摘要】 虫生真菌粉虱座壳孢能有效地防治烟粉虱(Bemisia tabaci)和温室白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum)这两种世界性害虫。本文通过四因子三水平正交实验筛选出有利于粉虱座壳孢孢子萌发、菌丝生长和产孢的碳源、氮源、金属离子和维生素。结果表明,最有利于其萌发的营养因素分别是葡萄糖、牛肉浸膏、Cu2+和VC,最能促进生长的分别是蔗糖、牛肉浸膏、Zn2+和VB2,最有助于产孢的分别是葡萄糖、酵母浸粉、Mn2+和VB1。

【Abstract】 Entomogenous fungus Aschersonia aleyrodis can effectively prevent and cure both Bemisia tabaci and Trialeurodes vaporariorum which are regarded as worldwide pests. In this research, types of carbon source, nitrogen source, metal ions and vitamin conducive to the spore germination, mycelium growth and sporulation of Aschersonia aleyrodis were screened out with orthogonal matrix method involving four factors and three levels. The best nutritional requirements for germination were dextrose, beef extract, copper and vitamin C respectively. The growth of Aschersonia aleyrodis was best on sucrose, beef extract, zinc and riboflavin respectively. However, dextrose, yeast extract, manganese and thiamine resulted in the greatest sporulation.
