纤维素酶固体发酵条件的优化
Optimum Conditions of Aspergillus Niger LH2446 Solid State Fermentation to Produce Cellulase
【摘要】 对以稻草—麸皮为原料、以诱变后的黑曲霉LH2446为菌种固态发酵生产纤维素酶的条件进行了研究。试验确定所试因素的最佳组合为:稻草、麸皮比3∶2,硫酸铵2.0%,培养基起始pH值为自然pH,250mL三角瓶中装培养基10g,培养时间3d,温度35℃,表面活性剂Tween20 0.5%。在此条件下产纤维素酶的最高酶活为20100U/g,平均为19920U/g。
【Abstract】 This study is carried out to explore the optimum conditions of Aspergillus niger LH2446 solid state fermentation to produce cellulase.It concludes that the optimum conditions are as follow: the proportion of straw to wheat bran is 3∶2,(NH4)2SO4 is 2.0% and 10g media are filled in 250mL flask with normal pH,the surfactant Tween20 is 0.5%,3d culture time and 35℃ culture temperature.Under optimum conditions,LH2466 is able to accumulate an average of 19920U/g and a maximum of 20100U/g of cellulase.
