【摘要】 目的:为临床提供输尿管手术时避免损伤生殖股神经的应用解剖资料。方法:对21具42侧经福尔马林固定的成人尸体标本的输尿管和生殖股神经进行了解剖观测。结果:观测了生殖股神经穿出腰大肌的位置;在穿出点平面、髂嵴最高点平面、髂总血管分叉平面,输尿管距离腰大肌外侧缘的水平距离,生殖股神经距离腰大肌外侧缘的水平距离,生殖股神经与输尿管的水平距离;生殖股神经与输尿管交叉点与腰大肌外侧缘的水平距离,交叉点距离髂嵴最高点平面的垂直距离。结论:在输尿管起始段手术应从后外侧分离较安全;在输尿管第二狭窄附近的手术应从后内侧分离为安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To offer applied anatomy of the genitofemoral nerve and the ureter for avoiding injury during the ureter operation.Methods:The genitofemoral nerve and the ureter of 42 sides of 21 corpses were observed.Results:The following were observed and measured:the location where the genitofemoral nerve coming out from the psoas major,the plane of the location the highest plane of the iliac crest,common iliac vessels branch plane,the distance between the ureter and the lateral part of the psoas major,the distance between the genitofemoral nerve and the lateral part of the psoas major,the distance between the genitofemoral nerve and the ureter,the location at the decussation of the genitofemoral nerve and the ureter.Conclusion:It is safer to operate on the beginning part of the ureter to separate it from the lateral side.It is safer to operate on the second narrowness of the ureter to separate it from the inner side.更多还原
