【摘要】 目的:制备鱼丙涂剂并建立质量控制方法。方法:以丙酸睾酮为主药制备鱼丙涂剂,采用高效液相色谱法测定鱼丙涂剂中丙酸睾酮的含量。结果:丙酸睾酮的平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为0.55%。结论:该制剂工艺简便易行,其质量控制方法简单、快速、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objctive:To prepare Yubing paints codliver oil and testosterone paints and establish its quality control.Methods:Yubing paints was prepared with testosterone as its main components.The contents of testosterone in Yubing paints was determined by HPLC.Results:The average recovery of testosterone was 99.5%;RSD was 0.55%.Conclusion:The paints can be prepared simply and feasibly.The method of quality control is simple,rapid and accunate.更多还原
