【摘要】 以甘薯为材料,研究了不同抗性甘薯品种感染蔓割病原菌后植株长势、地上部干质量、叶片光合速率、硝酸还原酶活性、多胺含量等指标的变化,结果表明:抗病品种金山57与其健株相比,地上部干质量、光合速率、硝酸还原酶活性、多胺含量等指标差别不明显,而感病品种岩薯8-6与对照相比,上述指标变化差异显著.更多还原

【Abstract】 The growth,photosynthetic rate,NR activity and protein content of sweet potato after infected by pathogen fungus of furarium wilt were determined.The result showed that there was no significant effect on the growth,photosynthetic rate,NR activity or content of polyamines after inflecting in Jinshan 57 which was a disease resistant variety compared to a control group after infecting the fungus,but there was significant effect on Yansu 86 which was a susceptible varieties.更多还原
