【摘要】 自1843年开埠后,在上海城市发展过程中,环境卫生管理理念和相关管理逐渐兴起和发展,最终形成一套相对健全的城市环境卫生管理体制。租界较早实施先进的环境卫生管理方法,设置专职机构,制定环境卫生法规,改进环境卫生设备, 实施环境卫生监督,宣传环境卫生保护知识,惩处违犯环境卫生的行为,对保证环境卫生的质量、防治疾病等起了一定的作用。华界在效仿租界的基础上,对城市环境卫生管理也做了一系列的工作,基本上保证了城市中心区域环境卫生适合居住。城市环境卫生管理是近代上海城市管理近代化的重要标志之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Shanghai was opened as a commercial port in 1943, the administering concepts on city sanitation came into being and finally developed into a relatively complete city sanitation administering system. The concession area first carried out the advanced sanitation methods. The other areas imitated the concession areas and did much work to ensure the proper sanitation conditions.
