【Abstract】 It is the main base of dairy product in Heilongjiang province China, but separated production links each other have influenced the development of diary-product industry. With development unceasingly, the idea of supply chain management has turned into an inevitable trend, which is applied in dairy-product production widely. However, the dairy-product supply chain possesses entirely different characteristics from manufacture enterprise. According to the differences in links and organizations, this text analyzes the pros and cons of models from angle of supply chain, which exists currently in dairy-product industry in Heilongjiang Province. The goal is to establish the comparatively suitable supply chain model for dairy-product production in Heilongjiang province. The result shows core-enterprise model is employed extensively most, and will transit to take delivery-center as the principal model, along with the constant development of logistics industry as well as the idea renewal.
