【Abstract】 In the chain business corporation, physical distribution is the core to maintain its normal function. In this paper we analyze the function of the distribution center in the chain business corporation, and discuss the problem of the current chain business corporation, which have many distribution centers. Then we bring forward the concept of virtual distribution center, and specific analyses the advantages of the virtual distribution center in the chain business corporation distribution.
