【Abstract】 Spare parts are substantial material to ensure safe operation of a sea_going vessel. To ensure navigation safe, the same as to improve working efficiency and less economic loss, sufficient spare parts are basically required. But too much spare parts, on the other hand, will increase the financial burden.
