跨临界二氧化碳汽车空调用润滑油的研究进展
Advance in Research of Lubricant Oil for Trans-critical CO2 Mobile Air Conditioning System
【摘要】 介绍了PAG、POE、PVE、PAO和AB等几类合成润滑油的特点,在实验数据的基础上分析比较了它们在CO2制冷系统中的可溶性、润滑性、稳定性、使用寿命、互溶性,在换热器和吸气管道中的滞留及对系统性能的影响,结果表明PAG类润滑油的综合性能较好。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of several synthetic lubricants such as PAG,POE,PVE,PAO and AB are introduced.With the method of experimental comparison,their performance of solubility,lubricity,stability,fatigue life,miscibility,retention in heat exchangers and suction line as well as effect on system performance is analyzed,and it concludes that PAG is better as a whole.
