城市原生污水冷热源换热管软垢特性研究
Research on the Soft-dirt Characteristic of Heat-exchanging Pipe in Using Urban Original Wastewater as Cool and Heat Source
【摘要】 利用城市原生污水作为热泵冷热源时,换热管软垢生长特性是要考虑的重要问题。以实际应用的污水换热器为实验对象,测试了换热器换热性能、软垢随时间与流速的增长特性,分析了软垢热阻及其对传热性能的影响。同时发现,以水力反冲方法实现软垢的清洗具有可行性。
【Abstract】 When using the urban original wastewater,a key factor is the characteristic of the soft dirt.Based on the wastewater heat-exchanger in actual engineering,the performance of heat-exchanging and the dirt growth as time and velocity increasing were tested,and the dirt resistance and its influence to the heat exchanging characteristic was analyzed.So it’s possible to wash the dirt by hydraulic reactive method.
