一种新型高速钢筋切断机液压系统的设计研究
The Static Parameter Design of a High-speed Steel Bar Cutter System
【摘要】 该文介绍了一种新型的液压式高速钢筋切断机,对其工作原理、技术优势进行了阐述,并对其静态参数进行了设计,对实际液压系统的设计具有指导意义。经对样机实验,这种新型的液压式高速钢筋切断机剪切时间可达0.024s,大大缩短剪切时间,提高了工作效率。
【Abstract】 A new kind of hydraulic high-speed steel bar cutter was introduced, there expounded the operating principle and the technical dominance of the system, and its static parameter was designed. Experimental model machine was designed, the experiment of the hydraulic high-speed steel bar cutter proofed that its cut velocity could be 0.0024s, cut time was shorten largely, availabililty was increased.
