技术伦理的可能性和必要性——拉普技术伦理思想研究
The Possibility and Necessity of Technological Ethics——On Friedrich Rapp’s Thoughts of Technological Ethics
【摘要】 技术反映着一定的价值观念,如果要改变技术行为,必须重新思考和转变价值观念,对技术或技术行为的伦理调节内在着可能性。技术伦理的必要性,基于人对技术或技术行为的控制欲望。
【Abstract】 Technology is a reflection of ethics.Should the behaviors of technology be altered,second thoughts would be necessary and ethical ideas would have to be changed.The ethical regulation of technologies and technological behaviors has intrinsic possibility.The necessity of Technological ethics is based on the desire of man to control technologies and technological behaviors.
