热管锅炉在烟气制酸装置转化系统的应用

【摘要】 热管废热锅炉具有传热效率高、设备结构紧凑、流动阻损小,两侧热阻可调,运行可靠、操作检修方便等优点,非常适合中低温烟气废热的回收。为了节约能源及减轻环境污染,贵溪冶炼厂应用热管锅炉技术冷却转化系统烟气,取代原有SO3冷却器及冷却风机,回收中温及低温废热,产出低压饱和蒸汽,运行8个月累计产1.27 MPa蒸汽785 19 t,节约标煤10 128 t,经济效益显著。

【Abstract】 Heat pipe boiler has advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, low flow resistance, adjustable thermal resistance on both sides, reliable operation, convenient operation and maintenance, which makes it especially suitable to recovery of waste heat from the medium- and low- temperature gas. In order to save energy and reduce environmental pollution, Guixi Smelter made use of the heat pipe boiler to cool gas in the conversion system instead of existing SO3 cooler and cooling fan. This technique could recover waste heat at medium and low temperature and produce low-pressure saturated steam to reduce load of low-pressure boiler. It has produced 78 519 t steam at 1. 27 MPa in 8 months and saved 10 128 t standard coal. The economic benefits were significant.
