【摘要】 在15℃70%RH,20℃70%RH,25℃70%RH,30℃75%RH等四种储藏条件下,分别对水分为13.5%,14.0%,14.5%,15.0%左右的普通籼稻谷进行为期一年的实验室模拟试验,观察样品外观、气味等的变化,并对25℃,30℃样品每月取样一次,15℃,20℃的样品每两个月取样一次,对其水分、脂肪酸值、发芽率等品质指标进行测定,实验结果表明:30℃下,14.6%左右的偏高水分籼稻储存时间不宜超过2个月,14.0%以内籼稻谷储存时间可达3个月;25℃下,15.0%水分籼稻可保存8个月,14.5%水分籼稻可保存12个月;20℃下,15.0%水分籼稻可保存10个月,14.5%以内籼稻可保存一年;在15℃下,偏高水分籼稻可储存一年以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The imitation storage tests of 4 group of long-grain nonglutinous rice with 13.5%,14.0%,14.5%,15.0% moisture content have been done for one year in 4 different conditions including 15℃70%RH,20℃70%RH,25℃70%RH,30℃75%RH.In this test,the change of appearance and odour of the samples were observed,and for rice samples at 25℃ and 30℃ were sampled one time every month,while one time every two months for rice samples at 15℃ and 20℃ to analyze their quality index such as moisture content,fatty acid value and germination rate etc..The results showed that the longgrain nonglutinous rice with about 14.6% moisture should better be stored within 2months at 30℃,while the rice with less than 14.0% moisture can be stored for 3 months.At 25℃,sample with 15.0% moisture can be stored for 8 months,while sample with 14.5% moisture can be stored for 12 months.At 20℃,sample with 15.0% moisture can be stored for 10 months,while sample with 14.5% moisture can be stored for 1 year.At 15℃,long-grain nonglutinous rice with high moisture can be stored for over 1 year.更多还原
