【摘要】 目的探讨孕妇吸烟对胎盘影响的组织学变化。方法标本取自妊娠早期人工流产胎盘,行常规和血管FⅧRAg免疫组化染色,观察妊娠早期胎盘组织学变化。孕妇以吸烟和不吸烟相匹配的方法分为吸烟组和不吸烟组。结果吸烟组中胎盘的炎症、绒毛间质内造血灶、绒毛表面和间质中的合体细胞结与不吸烟组相比,差异有显著性。结论吸烟孕妇胎盘蜕膜炎症的发生率较高,绒毛间质内造血灶、绒毛表面和间质中的合体细胞结与不吸烟组相比,差异有显著性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study the morphological changes of placenta caused by smoking in pregnancy. Methods The pregnancy was divided into smoking and no smoking group.The placenta of labour abortion in early phase pregnancy was examined by HE and Ⅷ-factor immunohistochemistry stain. The hisological changes of placenta was investigated. Results The two groups showed significant differentiation(P<0.05) having placenata inflammation, hemapoietic foci of chorion stroma, the syncytiophoblast noduies of intervillous space. Conclusion It is obvious to effect of pregnancy smoking for placenta. Pregnancy have to no smoking for good baby.更多还原
