【摘要】 目的探讨原发性硬膜淋巴瘤的临床病理特点。方法对2例原发性硬膜淋巴瘤大体与镜下形态进行分析并复习文献。结果1例为原发性硬脊膜外中心/中心母细胞淋巴瘤(CD20+),瘤细胞体积相当于1~3个小淋巴细胞,核卵圆或成角或核膜呈锯齿状,染色质粗密,核较大者可见核仁。1例为原发性硬脊膜下腔大B细胞淋巴瘤,瘤细胞体积大,胞质中等,核圆形,可见核仁。结论现有资料提示硬脊膜外淋巴瘤以高中度恶性居多,硬脑膜外淋巴瘤以低度恶性居多。硬膜淋巴瘤可能源于颅及椎管外淋巴组织迁入硬膜外甚至硬膜下腔隙的淋巴细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the clinicopathological features of primary dural lymphoma.Methods Two cases of primary dural lymphoma with clinical and pathologic data were reported and the literatures were reviewed.Results One case was primary spinal epidural centrocytic/centroblastic lymphoma(CD20+).The tumor cells were similar to 1～3 small lymphocytes in diameter,their nuclei were ovoid or angulate or with denticulate nuclear membrane in appearance.The nucleoli were observed in the cells with large nuclei.Another case was primary spinal subdural large B-cell lymphoma(CD20+).The tumor cells were larger in size with moderate cytoplasm,and the nuclei were round with obvious nucleoli.Conclusions The majority of primary spinal epidural lymphomas were high and intermediate grade in malignancy,but most of primary cranial epidural lymphoma were low-grade malignant.The results suggest that primary dural lymphomas arise from lymphocytes that migrate from extracranial and extravertebral lymph tissues into epidural even subdural spaces.更多还原
