【摘要】 针对机车车钩的修理耗时和不安全问题,研制了一种车钩拆装专用设备,并进行了试验和实际使用。实际使用的结果表明,该设备具有拆装方便、工作效率高及安全可靠等优点。介绍了该设备的结构、工作原理、技术参数及应用情况,并给出了用ANSYS软件对车钩拆装车挡板和平台进行强度分析的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To save the time for repairing locomotive coupler and to assure operation safety,we have developed a special equipment for assembling and disassembling locomotive coupler.After having been tested,the equipment has being placed in use.The actual use results show that the locomotive coupler assembling and disassembling machine has many advantages,such as easy for assembling and disassembling,high efficiency and safe and reliable.The structure,operating principle,technical parameter and the application results of the equipment were described.By use of software ANSYS, the strength of locomotive coupler assembling and disassembling machine baffle and platform was performed,and the analysis results were given in the paper.更多还原
